I’m Kylie, former absolute hot mess that was just winging it from day to day & hoping tomorrow was better, turned Health Practitioner, Nutritional Advisor & holistically happy.

I’ve gone from having low energy, constantly feeling overwhelmed with my health & life in general to someone who has kicked the bad habits ( let’s be honest most of them) & I’m now helping a community of fellow busy women do the same!

My name is Kylie Witherden, and I’m a certified Integrative Health Nutritionist. I work with women on their Nutrition, to create balance in their gut and hormone balance by creating healthier lifestyle habits, through lab root-cause testing, eating with intention and reducing stress so we can create a wave of healthy families.

I created the THRIVE membership because I saw such a need for women to have a safe place to go with a road map that would lead to better lifestyle habits without the overwhelm. My personal struggles with gut heath imbalances that lead to mood swings, poor sleep, unnecessary daily stress and multiple miscarriages and then given band aid solutions to become pregnant, took me on a life-changing path to get to the root causes of issues & make changes that would be sustainable for life. Questions you may have…

How does the membership work?

THRIVE works on a subscription model. You can choose between monthly or yearly access.

When you choose monthly access, you will receive access to THRIVE library and community group each month for $39. You can cancel any time.

When you choose the yearly access option, you pay $390 upfront (and save $78 with 2 months for FREE). Your membership will renew in 12 months time if you choose to stay a part of THRIVE. You can simply email kyliewitherden@gmail.com any time to make adjustments to your membership.

What if I change my mind?

Because this is a downloadable asset, refunds are unable to be given.

How will I access the membership?

Upon joining, you will receive an email with your log in details to your THRIVE library. In the library, you will find your recipes, e-books, bonuses & videos. You will also find the link to access our community Facebook group. The 12 months of core content will be dripped out for you each month for 12 months. All other content is accessible immediately.

I am really not in a good place with my health. Do you think I should join THRIVE?

I also work with clients 1:1. Some people prefer this while I have found most need on-going support which just isn’t available for you to tap into any time. UNTIL NOW! The support, accountability and constant motivation from a fun group of women will mean you are never alone on your journey. In my experience, its the lifestyle changes that everyone needs as a foundation no matter where they are on their health journey.

Am I going to be limited to vegetables & salads? I love my food!

I love my food too! I’ve learnt to create a great relationship with it so when I do want something a bit naughty, I’m not feeling all the guilt! You can actually get to that point! You will be eating a lot more than just juices and fruit salads! THRIVE offers an amazing amount of recipes that are easy, taste good & your body will thank you for them!

I am unable to eat gluten and dairy. Will I still be able to use the monthly recipes?

Yes! These recipes are designed to cater for those who want a clean diet. No matter what your eating habits look like now, these recipes will help to make them better.

I’m already so time poor. I’m worried I wont fit this in?

I hear this a lot from busy women, just like you. I love the quote ‘If you don’t make time for your health, you will be forced to make time for your illness.’

I am so aware how ‘FULL’ our lives are so you need bite-sized chunks so you can do it in your own time. Each month you’ll have a short video to watch on the topic of the month, an interactive e-book to enjoy and simple recipes. You will even have a check-list so you can keep that overwhelm at bay.

ANy Q&A segments or guest speakers are saved for you to catch up on via replay in your own time (no doubt washing the dishes, in the car on the way to work or waiting for school pick up).
